Using the Mass job push feature will allow the user to re-date all jobs within a date range by a number of days.

(NOTE: Any jobs currently booked for a weekend or public holiday will push to the next business day.)

This list of jobs can be a combination of jobs in the To-Do-List and on vehicles and can be specific vehicles only.

(NOTE: If the vehicles section is selected and no vehicles are selected all vehicles will be included.)

The reasons can be weather related or labour related.

Using the weather option will update all date fields by the number of days specified and will not increase the push counter

Using the labour option will update the Date Advised field only and will increase the Buildsafe push counter  

Example scenario 1:

If you wanted to push ALL EXCEPT FENCE:

In this case, you would likely select all trucks EXCEPT fence trucks AND tick to also push the TDL.

NOTE! In this case you would want to ensure all TDL jobs for fence have been allocated to a fence truck so they are not pushed!

Example scenario 2:

If you wanted to push HANG ONLY:

In this case, you would likely select all HANG trucks AND NOT tick to also push the TDL.

And ensure all HANG jobs have been allocated to a HANG truck.

Therefore only pushing HANG jobs.

Once processed an excel will populate with a list of what was done for record.

And the send email function will auto load the required template and list to send to the supervisors.

This will be sent from the default outlook account currently open on the users computer and any supervisors with an invalid or missing email address will be sent to the relevant Buildsafe bookings email address.
