Yard Roster is used to set the start and finish times of Factory staff, this is tied into the ‘Replace Start’ script for adjusting employee start times.

The yard roster has 2 components; Default Yard Roster & Day Yard Roster.

Default Yard Roster is where you set an on-going roster that doesn’t require (or requires little) change.

Day Yard Roster allows you to override the default Yard Roster for a specific day.

Use the default to set your standard, on-going roster for the yard. 

Default Yard Roster is accessed through the whiteboard, by clicking the Yard Icon

Setting the Default Yard Roster

There are 5 components to set in the Default Yard Roster; Days, Position, Start Time, Finish Time & Lunch (lunch is a display only field for the TV whiteboard)

Days – set the days that you want this time to apply

Position – The position on whiteboard that these times apply to

Start – Planned start time

Finish – Planned Finish time

Lunch – Planned Lunch time. 

Set each component relative to your needs.

Setting the Default Yard Roster

There are 4 components to set in the Day Roster; Position, Start Time, Finish Time & Lunch (lunch is a display only field for the TV whiteboard)

This will only apply to the specific date at the top of the window. 

Position – The position on whiteboard that these times apply to

Start – Planned start time

Finish – Planned Finish time

Lunch – Planned Lunch time.
