Standard process for when an employee fails to clock on or off for a shift N.B: This excludes where the system was unable to provide the clocking service

PROCEDURE

This process is to be used when an employee fails to clock on or off. 


No Clock on Event

  • Branch Manager will clock the employee on at the GPS Leave timeof that employees allocated truck. 
    • Alerts that May appear
      • “Whiteboard Allocation with no clock on”
      • “Scan time inconsistent with others on ….”
      • “Short Shift”
  • Branch Manager to communicate with employee the need to clock in each morning - 
  • Branch Manager to place a note against employee “Attendance – No Clock Scan” for no clock on

No Clock off Event

  • Where an employee fails to clock off, FileMaker will Automatically clock that employee off at 23:30 
  • Branch Manager will clock the employee off at the GPS return timeof that employees allocated truck. 
    • Alerts that may appear
      • “Scan time inconsistent with others on ….”
      • “Auto-Clocked Out”
  • Branch Manager to communicate with employee the need to clock off each day
  • Branch Manager to place a note against employee “Attendance – No Clock Scan” for no clock off 


By Completing the above, further Alerts, may be generate for other employees on the same truck
        “Scan time inconsistent with others on ….”

  • Branch Manager will tick these alerts as valid
