Job Pushes & Carry Overs is Accessed through Sales CRM

The Job Push Module has been designed to allow the Sales team to review the jobs of their clients

The Top Bar sets the range of dates to view the data & the Builder by which to filter. 

This date range affects the overall data shown in the builder table. 

Builder Portal

The top portal displays the Builder Summary, the number of Date pushes & Carry overs
This portal's results will filter based on the Category Filter.

Clicking one of the dates in the builder filter will apply to the Supervisor & Jobs Portals. 

Supervisor Portal

The 2nd Portal displays results of the individual supervisors
This portals results will filter based on the Date Filter and the Category Filter.

By clicking a supervisor name, it will apply a filter to the Jobs Portal. 

Jobs Portal

The Final Portal shows the individual jobs

This Portal filters based on Supervisor, Date and Category Filters.

Export

The Jobs can be exported to excel for review (Export is based in the Filters applied )

View Jobs in Web

The Jobs can be exported to a browser for review (Export is based in the Filters applied )

Builder Web Page

When you are filtered to a specific Builder, you can create a custom URL report to send to the Builder.

In the bottom bar, select "Builder Page Preview" to open the preview page. 

Set the filters applible run the report. and select "Refresh Builder Page".

The Preview will generate like the below.

 review this and when happy, select "Open Link"

this will copy the URL to your clipboard and Open the Link in a brower.
