Formats
There are several different set ups for pricing; 


  • Per Item
    • Based on a "Per Item" basis - EG: Temporary Stairs - 1x Stair Set Up
  • Per Item between Fixed Units
    • Based on Grouped Sizes.
  • Per Unit (LM/M2/VM)
    • Based on the units ordered - EG: Toeboards - 55LM
  • Per Unit (Minimum QTY)
    • Based on the Units order with a Minimum Order QTY - EG: Rafter Fallguard - 35LM Minimum
    • This means that a contract of 20LM will always be charged as if it is 35LM
  • With Delivery
    • Includes a Delivery Charge minimum with the contract - EG: Ground-Up Fallguard - $300 Delivery & $20/LM
  • Minimum for First x Units, then LM Rate
    • The First x Units are charged at a fixed Rate, then the extra meters are charged at the LM Rate.

Pricing is Entered through the "Pricing Calculator" screeen. 







Set Up - Per Item


Example: 

Temp Stairs

Price: $800 Per Void

Inclusive Hire: 84 Days

Overhire: $50 Per Day



  •  Set Up Type = Per Item



  •  Select Hite and Sales Items



  • Enter relevant information
    • Per Item = Price
    • Days in Advance = Inclusive Hire
    • Minimum QTY = 1
    • Maximum Qty = N/A
    • P/Day P/Metre = Additional Hire
    • Pause = N/A


  • Click "Find Split"



  • When both Hire and Sales Per M Per Day are green, the Sales Hire % Split is now set.


  • Click "Create New Pricing Row"



  • Review rows to ensure data is entered correctly



  • Go to a Test Contact & Complete Testing







Set Up - Per Item between Fixed Units


Example: 

Balcony / Aluminum Scaffold

Price: 

0 - 5 LM = $650
5 - 10 LM = $1,200

10 - 15 LM = $1,650

Inclusive Hire: 21 Days

Overhire: $6.50 per LM Per Day




  •  Set Up Type = Per Item



  •  Select Hite and Sales Items



  • Enter relevant information
    • Per Item = Price
    • Days in Advance = Inclusive Hire
    • Minimum QTY = 0
    • Maximum Qty = 5
    • P/Day P/Metre = Additional Hire
    • Pause = N/A


  • Click "Find Split"



  • When both Hire and Sales Per M Per Day are green, the Sales Hire % Split is now set.


  • Click "Create New Pricing Row"



  • Review rows to ensure data is entered correctly



  • Go to a Test Contact & Complete Testing

  • Repeat the Above for Each Fixed Unit Range






Set Up - Per Unit


Example: 

Hang-On

Price: $41.10 / LM

Inclusive Hire: 21 Days

Overhire: $1.75 per LM Per Day





  •  Set Up Type = Per Unit



  •  Select Hite and Sales Items



  • Enter relevant information
    • Per Item = Price
    • Days in Advance = Inclusive Hire
    • Minimum QTY = N/A
    • Maximum Qty = N/A
    • P/Day P/Metre = Additional Hire
    • Pause = N/A


  • Click "Find Split"



  • When both Hire and Sales Per M Per Day are green, the Sales Hire % Split is now set.


  • Click "Create New Pricing Row"



  • Review rows to ensure data is entered correctly



  • Go to a Test Contact & Complete Testing








Set Up - Per Unit with Minimum


Example: 

Hang-On

Price: $41.10 / LM

Minimum Units: 30

Inclusive Hire: 21 Days

Overhire: $1.75 per LM Per Day




  •  Set Up Type = Per Unit



  •  Select Hite and Sales Items



  • Enter relevant information
    • Per Item = Price
    • Days in Advance = Inclusive Hire
    • Minimum QTY = 30
    • Maximum Qty = N/A
    • P/Day P/Metre = Additional Hire
    • Pause = N/A


  • Click "Find Split"



  • When both Hire and Sales Per M Per Day are green, the Sales Hire % Split is now set.


  • Click "Create New Pricing Row"



  • Review rows to ensure data is entered correctly



  • Go to a Test Contact & Complete Testing








Set Up - Any Inc. Delivery


Using any of the above, you can include "Delivery"


Example: 

Ground-Up Fallguard

Price: $20.00 / LM

Inclusive Hire: 7 Days

Overhire: $1.00 per LM Per Day




  •  Set Up Type = Per Unit



  •  Select Hite and Sales Items



  • Enter relevant information
    • Per Item = Price
    • Days in Advance = Inclusive Hire
    • Minimum QTY = N/A
    • Maximum Qty = N/A
    • P/Day P/Metre = Additional Hire
    • Pause = N/A


  • Click "Find Split"



  • When both Hire and Sales Per M Per Day are green, the Sales Hire % Split is now set.


  • Click "Create New Pricing Row"



  • Review rows to ensure data is entered correctly



  • Go to a Test Contact & Complete Testing












Set Up - Minimum for First x Units, then LM Rate


Example: 

Lower Roof Walkway

Price: 

$825 up to 10 LM

thereafter $40 / LM

Inclusive Hire: 28 Days

Overhire: $1.75 per LM Per Day




  •  Set Up Type = Fixed / Per Unit



  •  Select Hite and Sales Items
  • In this set up we also select "Delivery" to allow for the difference between the LM Rate and the Fixed Up Front.
  • IF Delivery Doesn't exist please select RND or other relevant adjustment Sales item 



  • Enter relevant information
    • Per Meter = LM Price
    • Days in Advance = Inclusive Hire
    • Minimum QTY = Fixed Up to Units
    • Maximum Qty = N/A
    • P/Day P/Metre = Additional Hire
    • Pause = N/A
    • Fixed = Fixed Up to Price

  • Click "Find Split"



  • When both Hire and Sales Per M Per Day are green, the Sales Hire % Split is now set.


  • Click "Create New Pricing Row"



  • Review rows to ensure data is entered correctly



  • Go to a Test Contact & Complete Testing












FAQ / Issues


A good split couldn't be found

Set a new Sales Hire % Split and Try again. - If you can't find a good result, try to find a result where @ least 1 of hire or sales is green.
