This manual will help you understand how to check & change Vehicle Default Times

The first step to know is that a Branch has a default start time that will apply to all vehicles assigned to it.

This information resides in the Depot Edit section of FileMaker. (Only a few people has access to this section)

Within Depot Edit, you'll see a list of all the branches. Click on one and you'll be able to see a new window with more details. The section we are after is the Employee Target Clockin Time.

So for example, this is GCS, if a new vehicle gets created and doesn't get manually assigned a default time.
It will take on the above start time from GCS Branch.

Finally, each vehicle can have their start / end time manually changed. After going into Vehicles from the Main Menu, you'll see a full list of all the vehicles available. Pick the vehicle you are after. The section you are after is called Default Start /End Time.

For the purpose of this manual, I took a GCS truck that had a manual input. You can see that the start time is different from the Branch default time. Click on the time and a little popup window come up:

If the vehicle was using default branch time, the time box would be empty in the popup window.

If you were to clear/delete the time within this popup window, it will make the vehicle go back to using the branch default start time.

However, if you are requiring a vehicle to have different times from the default branch times, this is where you change them. When inputting a time, please use 24 hours format

For example, the above vehicle End Time is 03:45 PM but when you go to change it the numbers will change to 15:45.
