This manual will help you understand what Run Confirmation is about.
This feature has been deployed on all iPads with Mobile Version 11.10.
Branch / iPad
From 11:30am a synced iPad will prompt you to do a Run Confirmation if you try to create any new reports:
The Run Confirmation button is located at the top, next to Reports
Once inside, you'll be able to see a list of your current/future jobs that you can then cross as completed, partially completed & Won't start
To finish the Run Confirmation, complete your selection and press Done at the bottom.
"In the event you are greeted with an empty list, just go straight to pressing Done"
Finally, an e-mail will be sent out to Branch Managers & Branch Reps looking like this:
Ops / Run Manager
Once the Run Confirmation is done on the iPad, Run Manager will update the related jobs with "Orange" icons. It will look something like this:
