Accessing the Operations Manual on Computer & iPad

Step 1.  From the main Menu in FileMaker located at the top center will be the Operations Manual App, Click on it.

Step 2. Once the Operations Manual App has opened, make sure "Show All" is selected and then in the search section
start typing keywords to find the document you are after.

Step 3. While typing your keywords, you'll notice that the list will start filtering documents based on your keywords.
Once you find the document you are after, click on it to open.

Step 4. Your web browser will then open and the document you selected will be displayed

iPad

Step 1. Make sure you are using "Mobile" in the FileMaker app and perform a fresh Sync for the day

Step 2. Once the Sync has finished, click on Docs located at the top and then click on Operations Manual
(If Operations Manual is not showing under Docs, please submit a Helpdesk Ticket)

Step 3.  Once the Operations Manual App has opened, make sure "Show All" is selected and then in the search section
start typing keywords to find the document you are after.

Step 4. While typing your keywords, you'll notice that the list will start filtering documents based on your keywords.
Once you find the document you are after, click on it to open.

Step 5. A new window will open and display the document you have selected.
Once you have finished with the document, press "Done" and it will take you back to the Operations Manual list.
